Q. Who is a likely candidate for the Smile Relief Program?

A. Anyone! We will review all applications based on a standard criteria.

Q. Can I mail in my application?

A. For your convenience, our application is 100% online. We will not accept phone calls or mailed in applications.

Q. I have a question about the application. Where can I go for help?

A. Please do not call Comfort Dental with questions please email covid@comfortdentalcares.org.

Q. I live outside of the “local community zone” - am I still eligible?

A. We most likely will be picking patients in our local community however, if you have a truly compelling case we may make exceptions.

Q. When can I expect to hear my results?

A. Expect to hear back from us within 6-10 days after applying.

Q. Should I call Comfort Dental for questions about my application?

A. No. Please do not call Comfort Dental with any questions regarding you status of application.

Q. How long is the application?

A. The application should only take about 5-7 minutes!

Q. What happens if my application is not accepted?

A. If you are not initially accepted - Do not worry! You may still qualify for other discounted orthodontic treatment.

Q. Where will I go to receive my treatment?

A. If you are accepted you will receive treatment at either our Pensacola or Mary Esther location.

Q. I (or a family member) was diagnosed with Covid-19. Am I eligible?

A. Yes!- As long as you or your family member has not shown symptoms for the past 14 days.
