Everyone deserves the right to smile confidently, especially in a time of uncertainty. That is why we have created the COVID-19 Smile Relief Grant. A program that helps the less fortunate achieve the smile they deserve through free orthodontic care.

Am I Eligible?

If you have been personally and financially affected by Covid-19 and do not have enough money to pay for orthodontic care, you may qualify for free treatment through the Comfort Dental Foundation.

How Do I Apply?

Step 1: Complete the following application to the best of your ability. Please do not leave out any details. We want to hear the whole story!

Step 2: When we receive your application, our smile committee will access if you are good fit for the program- if you appear to be good candidate we will send you a notice of admission! We will also notify you if you are NOT admitted.

Step 3: When your accepted application comes to the top of the waitlist, one of our coordinators will contact you. If the coordinator confirms you are eligible, a team member will contact you about setting up your initial virtual consultation!

Disclaimer:  There is no guarantee you will be considered eligible or selected to receive free orthodontic care. Final acceptance into the program will only be made after your initial consultation in office. Admission is subject to the Comfort Dental Care Foundation’s absolute discretion.
